Value Engineering is not necessarily about reducing cost. We’re often asked to suggest products that will increase the quality of a project, without increasing the cost. However, we are sometimes asked to assist with suggestions for possible costs savings on a construction project.
Our knowledge of which products come with all the sundry items, and which products are easier to install than others, can be fairly useful during a cost saving exercise.
